The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2024 will be held on and around the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Las Vegas Strip Circuit™ is a street circuit and the track is located on South Las Vegas Boulevard as well as Harmon Avenue, Koval Lane and Sands Avenue. The starting line will be located at the site of the Pit Building at Grand Prix Plaza, located on the corner of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.

We are committed to creating a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests. To achieve this goal, we have established the following policies to ensure the responsible use of alcohol.
The legal drinking age in the State of Nevada is twenty–one (21). Underage alcohol consumption is not permitted. Each individual guest must have valid ID as proof they are 21 or older, to purchase or be in possession of alcoholic beverages.
Alcoholic beverage service to any patrons may be curtailed or prohibited at the discretion of management.
Pets are not permitted at the Event. Service animals for fans with disabilities are welcome in all areas of the Event where ticketed guests are generally permitted.
Please refer to “Service Animals” policy for additional guidelines on service animals.
The Event is dangerous and attendees are voluntarily assuming all risks, hazards and dangers incidental to the event and related events, including, without limitation, the risk of injury (including death, paralysis, head or other bodily injury, broken bones or burns), exposure to noxious chemicals and gases (including automotive exhaust or smoke from automotive fires), damage to hearing from loud noises (including automotive noise, crowd noise and loud music), exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By entering Event grounds, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Shirts and shoes are required for all guests entering the Event. Guests are prohibited from wearing or displaying any clothing or body art containing profane or offensive material. Guests may be denied entry until the profane or offensive material is no longer visible. Guests found within the Event grounds wearing clothing or showing body art displaying words or images that are construed as profane or offensive by management will be asked to provide a solution where the offending material will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found or the solutions do not meet the satisfaction of management, the guest may be ejected without a refund.
Attendees will be permitted to bring bags that meet the following guidelines:
Tote or backpack: Must be transparent. Does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
Small handbag or fanny packs that do not exceed 6” x 9”. Does not have to be transparent.
Diaper bags permitted when accompanied by infant
All bags are subject to search.
No unapproved advertising or promotional materials such as flags, flyers, folders, banners, samples or stickers are allowed at the Event.
Outside alcohol and other beverages are not permitted at the Event, including hard-sided bottles and cans that are empty and/or refillable. Security screening will be conducted at entry to prevent these items from entering the Event zones.
Box offices are open November 21 through November 23 at 4 PM PT daily. Box office locations can be found near each main entry gate. Please refer to the official F1 Las Vegas app for a detailed map.
Point-and-shoot cameras will be allowed in order for guests to take photos, provided that they are only for personal and private non-commercial purposes. However, professional film, photo, sound or other audio/video recording equipment (other than personal cell phones) will not be permitted inside the Event. Professional cameras are any cameras with a detachable lens which includes DSLRs. No camera accessories are permitted including selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, go-pro mounts or attachments. Permitted cameras may be subject to additional screening.
No camping, overnight parking, or tailgating is permitted.
Only food in a clear plastic bag for guests with special medical or dietary needs is permitted.
Hand-carried jackets, blankets, or other items will be patted down or searched.
All bags and other permissible items will be subject to multiple screenings prior to entering the Event.
Cash is not accepted as a form of payment at the Event.
Guests may carry in and use cellular telephones as long as they do not distract from other guests’ enjoyment of the event. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged cellphones.
Charging stations will be available across the following ticketed zones courtesy of T-Mobile: East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, West Harmon Zone, South Koval Zone by Heineken, Flamingo Zone by Caesars Rewards, and T-Mobile Zone at Sphere.
Children are permitted to attend. Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter the Event, provided that they are seated on a parent or guardian’s lap, and do not interfere with the sightlines of others.
We are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all fans. All fans are expected to adhere to the following Fan Code of Conduct while inside the fan zones and on the surrounding property. The Fan Code of Conduct applies to all ticket holders as well as their guests.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct include but are not limited to:
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that result in irresponsible or aggressive behavior.
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or illegal in nature, or conduct that results in damage to the Event venue or other personal property.
- Possession of an unauthorized device or other prohibited items.
- Failure to follow instructions of law enforcement, security personnel, and/or guest services regarding Event operations, policies and/or emergency response procedures.
- Foul or abusive language, offensive language, or obscene gestures, including the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin, or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
- Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
- Verbal or physical harassment of Event participants, Event staff or other fans.
Any behavior that targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the race, such as unreasonably obstructing the view of other fans.
- Interference with the progress of the race (including throwing objects or attempting to enter any restricted location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential).
- Making unauthorized transmissions or contemporaneous accounts of the event
Any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to Event participants, staff or other fans.
Security personnel will promptly intervene when necessary to ensure the Fan Code of Conduct is enforced. Ticket holders or guests who choose not to adhere to these guidelines will be subject to revocation of tickets, an inability to attend future events, event ejection without refund, citation for trespass or possible arrest.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely dangerous disease that can lead to severe illness and death. While people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions.
Though rare, portions of the Event may be delayed or cancelled, or patrons may be required to vacate the circuit, for a number of reasons. If there is a delay, cancellation or requirement to vacate the circuit, attendees will be notified via the official F1 Las Vegas app, on video boards and the public address system at the circuit. Please refer to “Emergencies” and “Weather” for more information about events that could cause delays.
Devoted areas within Medical tents throughout each ticketed zone will be available to provide an area to change diapers.
The official F1 Las Vegas app features a detailed digital map to provide guests with directions to their designated ticketed zone. The use of any unmanned aircraft systems, radio-controlled model aircraft, and other devices that can be operated in airspace (i.e., drones) at the Event is prohibited. Violators will be subject to prosecution under federal law.
Due to road closures, we encourage walking to the Event from the nearby hotels to the extent possible. There will be designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Tuscany Hotel, Park MGM and the Hughes Center.
The best walking routes to get from the hotel to your assigned zone / seat will be available via the official F1 Las Vegas app. Details on zone entrances will be shared with ticketholders.
We are committed to providing equal access to patrons with disabilities by providing auxiliary aids and services as necessary at no extra charge to ensure effective communication of the Event’s offerings.
The ticketed zones will have captioning available for guests with auditory disabilities. An ASL interpreter will be provided for the large music acts at the East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and T-Mobile Zone at Sphere outdoor stages.

In case of an emergency, your own safety is paramount. In the event of an emergency, instructions for guests will be transmitted via the official F1 Las Vegas app, on video boards and over the public address system at the Event.
Once you are safe, please notify the nearest member of staff or Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer or visit a Guest Services location around the Event. If you cannot find a member of staff or LVMPD officer, please call 911 and state your location as the Las Vegas Grand Prix and which fan zone or street you are on.
If it is safe to do so, please remain in the vicinity of the emergency until someone arrives to assist.
There are medical facilities at each of the fan zones that you can visit directly if you are able.
Guests are subject to ejection if found in violation of the Code of Conduct or at the discretion of Event security.
Elevators will be available to move in between the levels of all hospitality structures in East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and South Koval Zone by Heineken. The T-Mobile Zone at Sphere features a pedestrian bridge to cross the track, which will be accessible via elevator on both sides of the bridge. Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the Event, instructions will be given via the public address system, via the video screens situated around the venue and staff situated near you. Those who have opted in to receive push notifications on the F1 Las Vegas app will also receive the instructions. Please familiarize yourself with the nearest exit points for your seats.
Guests must have their tickets “scanned out” before leaving their zone in order to be able to re-enter with the same ticket. There is NO re-entry after 9 PM PT each evening.
If you discover a fire, please immediately alert a member of staff or call 911. Follow instructions from staff and evacuate the area.
Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, ammunition, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs or nightsticks are strictly prohibited in any area within the Event.
The use or possession of fireworks and pyrotechnics by guests at the Event is expressly prohibited.
There are several first aid locations throughout the ticketed zones, which are noted on the Event map in the F1 Las Vegas app. Professional medical staff can provide assistance for your medical needs at these locations. If you are unable to walk to these locations please notify a member of staff and they will ensure that a medical team attends the location of the injured person.
We have a number of food and beverage stands throughout the ticketed zones, which are noted on the event map in the F1 Las Vegas app.
Thursday, November 21: Gates will open at 4:30 PM PT and close at 2 AM PT.
Friday, November 22: Gates will open at 4:30 PM PT and close at 1 AM PT.
Saturday, November 23: Gates will open at 4:30 PM PT and close at 2 AM PT.

We recommend that attendees travel to and from Las Vegas with ample time to account for road closures throughout race week. Clark County will have various closures and detour routes in the area, which we will notify the public of as soon as information becomes available.

In the interest of driver, staff, and guest safety, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with racing action. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate ejection from the Event, possible arrest, loss of tickets and/or prohibition from attendance at other Events.

Lockers are not available at the Event.
If you find an item that is not yours or you have lost an item during the race, please visit a Guest Services tent. Please locate the area using the map on the official F1 Las Vegas app. Lost & Found items can also be submitted via the F1 Las Vegas app.
If you see a cleanliness or maintenance issue, please bring it to the attention of any staff member.
There will be directories of the forthcoming Event map throughout the ticketed areas and accessible via the F1 Las Vegas app.
Guests dressed as promotional mascots without permission from the Event will not be permitted into the Event.
There will be a number of merchandise tents throughout the ticketed zones, which will be noted on the forthcoming Event map and F1 Las Vegas app. Merchandise is also available for purchase online at https://shop.f1lasvegasgp.com/en/.

All outside food and beverages are prohibited from the Event, other than food in a clear plastic bag for guests with special medical or dietary needs. Please see the official F1 Las Vegas app for information on food offerings located throughout the area.
Shuttle services will be available for Paddock Club, Wynn Grid Club, and Garage guests. There will be a dedicated shuttle that will run continuously during the hours below of operation: Last inbound shuttle to the track will leave the properties at 10:00 PM PT each night.

Parking is not available directly through the Event and guests are encouraged to walk from their hotel or use rideshare. See “Rideshare” for more information regarding drop-off and pick-up locations. If you choose to drive, please take note of traffic shifts, expect delays and consider alternative routes. Parking will be limited around and within the inside of the circuit.
All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, matching your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the Event.

- No clothing, headgear or accessories that conceal a guest’s entire head or face, including full face paint and
costumes/helmets with face masks - Any items that could in the opinion of the Promoter be used to sabotage or damage property or interfere
with the event/race or the audio/visual broadcast or recording of the race or any technology-related services
provided by Promoter at the event - Any item that in the opinion of the Promoter has the potential to cause injury to a person, or cause a public
nuisance, or violate Promoter’s fan Code of Conduct or other polices (e.g., Promotor’s bag policy)
Promoter reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by-case basis. Promoter is not able to hold items for
guests and there are no check-in areas or lockers available at the event site. Prohibited items discovered during
security inspections prior to entry must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle, residence or hotel room or discarded.
Unlawful items discovered during security inspections are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of those
items is subject to arrest. Any prohibited items discovered inside the event ground are subject to confiscation. Items
that are confiscated by Promoter will not be returned. Promoter reserves the right to alter this list before and/or
during the event
Please be attentive of public address announcements on the campus feed. In the event of an emergency, instructions for guests will be transmitted over the public address system and on video boards. Please see “Emergencies” for more information on what to do in the event of an emergency.
The Monorail will be a convenient form of transportation during the Event. We recommend hopping on at locations outside of the Event and taking the Monorail to sections of the Event inside the circuit. For a complete list of Monorail locations please refer to the event map in the F1 Las Vegas app.
There will be designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Hughes Center, Tuscany, Park MGM, and Caesars.
Due to the road closures, we encourage walking from the nearby hotels if possible. The F1 Las Vegas app will provide fans with the best walking routes to get from hotels to their assigned zone/seats.
Guests may bring a small portable radio as long as they listen to the device with an earpiece and do not disturb other guests nearby. They may be asked to power on the device during the security screening process.
We encourage all attendees to use designated recycling bins for bottles and cans, and to dispose of trash properly to keep the event area clean.
There are multiple restrooms throughout the ticketed areas. Restrooms will be marked on Event signage and on the F1 Las Vegas app. We ask that patrons maintain cleanliness and hygiene by disposing of trash in provided bins and promptly reporting any restroom issues to event staff. The Event does not have family restrooms within any of the ticketed zones.
If you choose to take rideshare, we recommend utilizing one of the designated drop-off locations closest to your assigned zone. There will be designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Howard Hughes Center, Tuscany, Park MGM, and Caesars Palace.
From Thursday, November 21– Saturday, November 23, roads are anticipated to close at 3:00 PM PT, fully close at 5:00 PM PT, and reopen at 2:00 AM PT. For up-to-date road closure times, see: https://transportation.f1lasvegasgp.com/
Scalping of tickets is not permitted within the circuit. Please report any potential scalping activity to the nearest staff, event security or Las Vegas Metropolitain Police Department Officer
To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a screening upon entry to the Event that may include a pat-down screening by a same-gender team member. The Prohibited Items Policy for the event will be implemented during the screening process. All individuals and permitted bags are subject to weapons detection screening and search at entrances to the Event. All prohibited items must be returned to the individual’s vehicle, residence, or hotel, or may be confiscated. Persons that refuse to be patted down and/or refuse to have their bags inspected will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to the Event, you consent to such inspections.
Service animals are allowed throughout the Event. Animals whose purpose is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship are not considered service animals and will not be granted access to Event. Only individually trained service animals under the proper care of their handlers are permitted.
To ensure compliance, the following guidelines must be followed:
1. Service animals may be verified by an Accessibility Manager before entering the event.
2. Service animals must always remain by the handler’s side and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If such devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents their use, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signals, or other effective means.
3. Service animals must be housebroken and should use the designated service animal relief areas. Please locate the area using the map on the official F1 Las Vegas app.
4. Individuals bringing service animals are fully responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by their service animals.
5. Any service animals that exhibit aggressive behavior will be excluded from the event.
Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes or vapes, and whether tobacco or other substances (such as marijuana) are strictly prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed spaces as well as any designated viewing areas, including but not limited to General Admission, Grandstands, Hospitality Structures, Private Suites, Paddock and Paddock Club™. Smoking and vaping of tobacco will only be allowed in authorized smoking areas across the circuit. Smoking or vaping of other substances (including marijuana) is not permitted anywhere within the Event. Designated smoking areas are noted in the F1 Las Vegas Mobile App.
Solicitation, sampling or peddling is not permitted at the Event.
The Event will feature vehicles traveling at high speeds as well as live entertainment, and guests are advised that parts of the Event may be loud. For convenience, earplugs will be available to guests free of charge at all Medical, Guest Services and Accessibility locations upon request.
The event will have food concessionaires that provide some options to meet special dietary needs. For those with special medical or dietary needs, outside food in a clear plastic bag is permitted.
Strollers are not permitted at the Event.

To transfer tickets, log into your Ticketmaster Account Manager account via the official F1 Las Vegas app, select the ticket(s) you’d like to transfer, then tap “Transfer To”. Enter your recipient’s information and tap “transfer tickets”.
Due to safety and line-of-sight concerns, umbrellas are not permitted at the Event. If rain is in the forecast, please plan for ponchos or raincoat.
Unauthorized video recording is strictly prohibited. Any professional film, photo or audio equipment will be confiscated. (See “Cameras”)
Water is complimentary at the Event and can be obtained at any beverage concessionaire tent.
The Event, or portions of it, may be delayed, postponed or cancelled following lightning, strong winds, or other serious weather-related circumstances. In the event of a weather-related evacuation or relocation, please follow instructions from staff members and local law enforcement. We encourage all guests attending the Event to download the F1 Las Vegas App and turn on push notifications and follow us on social media @f1lasvegas for announcements concerning weather delays. Please also refer to “Delay” for more information concerning potential race delays.
All ticketed areas at the Event are designed to be navigable for individuals with mobility disabilities. The majority of the Event takes place on paved surfaces, and there are interconnected accessible routes throughout the venues, connecting entrances, accessible viewing areas, restrooms, food & beverage stations, and other activity areas. Wheelchair spaces are distributed throughout the Event. To purchase wheelchair accessible seats please visit the Formula 1 tickets website to view the current selection of available tickets. By selecting a seating area with available inventory, guests will be directed to the official Ticketmaster webpage for the Event. To view available accessible seating in an area press “Filters” and select “show accessible tickets”.
We welcome patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize their personal mobility aids and devices, such as crutches, walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and scooters. A limited number of wheelchairs will be staged at each Accessibility booth should any fans require the support of one. The Accessibility team will have escorts to deploy complimentary wheelchairs and assisted push service between entrance gates and seated areas upon request. If you require recharging for your motorized mobility device, you can do so at the Accessibility Services Hub, located within each ticketed zone. Please remember to bring all the necessary cords and accessories for charging. It’s important to note that chargers must be compatible with 110-volt, 20-amp circuits.
The Event will have free Wi-Fi called “T-Mobile Fan Wi-Fi” available across the following ticketed zones courtesy of T-Mobile: Pit Building, Paddock, East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, West Harmon Zone, South Koval Zone by Heineken, Flamingo Zone by Caesars Rewards, T-Mobile Zone at Sphere.
There is no will-call available for the Event.
We reserve the right to revoke the tickets of, and eject from the Event, individuals whose conduct is determined to be inappropriate, including but not limited to any violation of the Fan Code of Conduct, any other Event policy or applicable law.
