The following items are not permitted at the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX:
- No bags that violate Promoter’s Bag Policy (See Bag Policy)
- No outside food or beverage of any kind
- No bottles, cans, glass or metal vessels (including empty/refillable bottles)
- No hydration packs of any kind
- No alcoholic beverages
- No illegal substances, drugs of any kind (including marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and powdered alcohol) or paraphernalia
- No weapons, dangerous or hazardous items of any kind including knives, bladed items, firearms, ammunition, or personal protection sprays
- No fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, or flares
- No lasers or laser pointers
- No projectiles
- No drones or remote-controlled or other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles
- No phone jammers, radio scanners or two-way radios
- No musical instruments or sound devices including bells, whistles, noise makers or megaphones
- No laptops or tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
- No professional film, photo, sound or other audio/video recording equipment (other than personal cell phones). Professional cameras are any cameras with a detachable lens which includes DSLRs.
- No camera accessories- selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, go-pro mounts or attachments. (See Camera Policy)
- No bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards, scooters, segways, stroller or hoverboards
- No carts or wagons
- No flag sticks or poles over 3ft in length
- No unapproved advertising or promotional materials such as flyers, folders, banners, samples or stickers
- No umbrellas, canopies, tents or parasols
- No ladders, stepladders, scaffolding or platforms
- No foam, hard-sided or soft-sided coolers or ice chests
- No hard case containers (e.g., briefcases)
- No inflatable objects (e.g., beach balls, balloons, “clappers”)
- No collapsible or non-collapsible chairs or stools
- No aerosols, combustible materials or liquids or other chemicals
- No magic markers/sharpies
- No items restricted by local, state or federal law
- No animals except for registered service animals
- No flags, banners, clothing, accessories bearing offensive/derogatory slogans or messages
- No clothing, headgear or accessories that conceal a guest’s entire head or face, including full face paint and costumes/helmets with face masks (medical face masks covering the nose and mouth used to protect from the transmission of disease, such as COVID-19, are permitted)
- Any items that could in the opinion of the Promoter be used to sabotage or damage property or interfere with the event/race or the audio/visual broadcast or recording of the game or any technology-related services provided by Promoter at the event
- Any item that in the opinion of the Promoter has the potential to cause injury to a person, or cause a public nuisance, or violate Promoter’s fan Code of Conduct or other polices (e.g., Promoter’s bag policy) published elsewhere on Promoter’s website
- Any other item deemed dangerous by Promoter
Promoter reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by-case basis. Promoter is not able to hold items for guests and there are no check-in areas or lockers available at the event site. Prohibited items discovered during security inspections prior to entry must either be returned to the owner's vehicle, residence or hotel room or discarded. Unlawful items discovered during security inspections are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of those items is subject to arrest. Any prohibited items discovered inside the event ground are subject to confiscation. Items that are confiscated by Promoter will not be returned. Promoter reserves the right to alter this list before and/or during the event.
