OUR APPROACH TO WATER
CONSERVATION
In partnership with the Southern Nevada Water Authority, the Las Vegas Grand Prix has launched a first-of-its-kind water consumption reduction pilot program to implement technologies that can reduce, and eventually offset, outside water consumption at large-scale sporting events. The Las Vegas Grand Prix aims to be the best possible steward of resources for the community of Las Vegas. The local water supply in the region has been steadily declining in recent years, and as Las Vegas continues to grapple with this issue, sustainable water usage is of utmost importance. With this innovative program, the Las Vegas Grand Prix is setting a new standard for water stewardship and how motorsport events operate throughout the world.
