What are the dates of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023?

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX will take place November 16-18, 2023. Select ticket packages may have additional dates.

Where will the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023 be held? 

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023 will be held on and around the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The start line will be located at the site of the brand-new Paddock building, located on the corner of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.

Where is the track located?

The Las Vegas Strip Circuit ™ is a street circuit and the track is located on S. Las Vegas Boulevard as well as Harmon Avenue, Koval Lane and Sands Avenue.

Where is the start/finish line?

The start line will be located at the site of the brand-new Las Vegas Grand Prix Pit Building located on the corner of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.

How long is the track?

The circuit is 3.8 miles long with 17 corners, three straights and two drag reduction system (DRS) zones.

Will there be barriers around the track?

Yes, there will be barriers on both sides of the3.8-mile circuit. The concrete barriers will be about 3-feet tall, and the debris catch fence on top will be about 12-feet tall.

Will you be able to watch the race from the sidewalk?

Sidewalks along Las Vegas Boulevard will still be open to the public during race weekend; however, they will not have views of the track/race from the public walkways.

What type of experiences will the fan zones offer guests when the race is not taking place? Are there any planned concerts or events?

Between races, attendees can enjoy their dedicated fan zone with F1 activations, live entertainment, food and drink stations and more.

When will the fan zones open each day?

The fan zones will open at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

When do tickets go on sale?

The final wave of tickets to the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023 are on sale now.

- General admission and grandstand tickets are sold as multi-day passes only. All-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Premium tickets will offer multi-day passes. All-inclusive food and beverages.
- No single day passes will be available.
- Limit of ten (10) tickets per customer.

What type of tickets are available?

What is the Las Vegas Grand Prix Foundation?

The Las Vegas Grand Prix Foundation is a public charity formed by Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., with the [stated goal of contributing to 501(c)(3) organizations devoted to improving the lives of the residents of Southern Nevada, in particular organizations seeking to alleviate hunger in our communities. Application is pending to designate the Las Vegas Grand Prix Foundation as a 501(c)(3) organization. No assurance can be given that such designation will be granted or, if such designation is granted, what portion of a $7.77 donation, if any, may be claimed as a deduction from federal, state or local income taxes. Please consult your tax advisor as to the deductibility of a donation to the Las Vegas Grand Prix Foundation.

All donations to the Las Vegas Grand Prix Foundation are non-refundable.

What is the maximum number of tickets an individual may purchase when tickets go on sale?

The maximum number of tickets an individual will be able to purchase is ten.

Are children allowed to attend the event?

Children are permitted to attend. Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023, provided that they are seated on a parent or guardian’s lap, and do not interfere with the sightlines of others.

Can I upgrade my ticket package after I have already purchased one?

Tickets are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you are interested in upgrading your tickets, please contact our Las Vegas Grand Prix Service Team at [email protected].

Will there be access for persons with disabilities?

Wheelchair Accessibility

All ticketed areas at the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX are designed to be navigable for individuals with mobility disabilities. The majority of the event takes place on paved surfaces, and there are interconnected accessible routes throughout the venues, connecting entrances, Accessible Viewing Areas, restrooms, food & beverage stations, and other activity areas. Wheelchair spaces are distributed throughout the venue. To purchase wheelchair accessible seats please visit the official ticketing webpage to view current selection of available tickets. By selecting a seating area with available inventory, guests will be directed to the official Ticketmaster webpage for the Las Vegas Grand Prix. To view available accessible seating in an area press “Filters” and select “show accessible tickets”.  

We welcome patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize their personal mobility aids and devices, such as crutches, walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and scooters.

If you require recharging for your motorized mobility device, you can do so at the Accessibility Services Hub, located within each ticketed zone. Please remember to bring all the necessary cords and accessories for charging. It's important to note that chargers must be compatible with 110-volt, 20-amp circuits.

Service Animals

Service animals are allowed throughout the ticketed zones. Animals whose purpose is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship are not considered service animals and will not be granted access to the venues. Only individually trained service animals under the proper care of their handlers are permitted.

To ensure compliance, the following guidelines must be followed:

1. All service animals may be verified by an Accessibility Manager before entering the event.
2. Service animals must always remain by the handler's side and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If such devices interfere with the service animal's work or if the handler's disability prevents their use, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signals, or other effective means.
3. Service animals must be housebroken and should use the designated service animal relief areas.
4. Individuals bringing service animals are fully responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by their service animals.

Effective Communication

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX is committed to providing equal access to patrons with disabilities through providing auxiliary aids and services that ensure equal enjoyment of the event's offerings.

We have several First Aid locations throughout the ticketed zones, which will be noted on the forthcoming event map and mobile app. Professional medical staff can provide assistance for your medical needs at these locations.

Special Dietary Needs

The event will have food vendors that provide some options to meet special dietary needs. For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Prescription Medication

All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event.

Pregnancy/Lactation Needs

If you will have any needs due to pregnancy, nursing, or breast milk pumping while at the event, please reach out to the information team at [email protected] .

Getting Here

There is no onsite parking for the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. We recommend the following preferred transportation routes for guests with disabilities:

- East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas (PG1 Heineken Silver Main Grandstands): Getting dropped off at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas and entering at the Kishner and Harmon Entrance
- East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas (PG2, PG3, and PG4 Grandstands): Utilizing the Las Vegas Monorail. Recommended to use the Horseshoe/Paris Station (if traveling North bound) or the Flamingo Station exit (if traveling South bound).
- T-Mobile Zone at Sphere (SG1-SG7 Grandstands): Getting dropped off at the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere Rideshare (Howard Hughes) and entering through the Manhattan Entrance
- T-Mobile Zone at Sphere (SG8 Grandstand and General Admission):  Utilizing the Las Vegas Monorail. Recommended to use the LINQ Station and entering through the Sands Entrance
- West Harmon Zone by Google Chrome: Utilizing the Las Vegas Monorail. Recommended to use the Horseshoe/Paris Station (if traveling North bound) or the Flamingo Station exit (if traveling South bound).

Wheelchair Assistance

The F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix is proud to provide assistance inside each zone for guests with disabilities. Our Accessibility Services team members can push guests with disabilities in provided wheelchairs from the entrances to their seating. This service is free. Disabled assistance is available upon request at all entry gates. During event hours, please text 702-518-0298. So that we may assist multiple guests, please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, and you are not allowed to remain in the wheelchair during the event. In addition, the Las Vegas Grand Prix does not rent wheelchairs or crutches.

Sensory Access

The F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix has partnered with KultureCity to ensure that the event is sensory inclusive. Trained volunteers and sensory bags will be available for families and individuals who have sensory needs/non-visible disabilities. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with PTSD, dementia, autism, and other similar conditions. A limited number of sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards, will be available for guests to use and take home at no additional cost. You can find the sensory bags at any Accessibility Services Hub.

How early do we need to get to The Strip to avoid road closures?

Rolling street closures will begin at 5pm each day (Thursday-Saturday), but it will take approximately two hours to get streets fully closed. The track will be “hot” at 7pm. We recommend you travel to The Strip before 5pm to avoid traffic shifts and delays.

For quick reference, a ‘hot track’ means the circuit is to be cleared and ready for cars to drive at speed. All personnel are in place, and no other vehicles or pedestrians will be allowed on the track at this time.

Where will the entrance be for my assigned zone?

Details on zone entrances will be shared with ticketholders.

What is the best method of transportation to and from my seats/ hotel?

Due to the road closures, we strongly encourage walking from the nearby hotels. The Las Vegas Grand Prix app will provide fans with the best walking routes to get from the hotel to their assigned zone/seats.

Will I be able to Uber/Lyft and get dropped off in front of my zone?

There will be designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and the Hughes Center.

Will the Monorail be running during the race?

Yes, the Monorail will be a convenient form of transportation. You can plan to hop on at the locations outside of the track and take the Monorail to the inside of the track.

How will Paddock Club™ guests get to and from the area?

Paddock Club Shuttle Times: Shuttle services will be available for Paddock Club™ guests. There will be a dedicated shuttle that will run during the below hours of operation:

Wednesday November 15th:  
1. 4:30 p.m. – 10:00  p.m.   
2. Last shuttle to depart from Hotels to the Paddock Club will leave the property at 7pm

Thursday November 16th:  
1.  5:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. (next day)

We encourage all guests and staff to download the F1 Las Vegas App once live and use the map feature.

Paddock Club guests can enter via the main entrance off Koval Lane, where all shuttles will drop off. A secondary option would be to enter at the Harmon Avenue and Kishner Drive entrance. From there, guests will need to proceed to the tunnel and enter at the northeast side of F1® Pit Building.

Where can I park and walk to the event?

TRAFFIC & CONSTRUCTION

When will the roads be impacted due to paving?

Paving is on track for completion in early October. For upcoming lane restrictions related to roadwork for our event, visit Clark County’s Resort Corridor Projects page at www.resortcorridor.com.

When are the track barriers being installed?

The barrier installation will begin in October with a phased approach. During that time, there will be rolling lane closures as the concrete blocks are placed. When will the track lighting structures be installed?

The temporary track lighting installation will begin in September with a phased approach. During that time, there will be rolling lane closures as the lighting structures are placed. Where are the temporary vehicle bridges being installed?

There will be three temporary vehicular bridges placed along the city’s resort corridor to make transportation as seamless as possible before and during the race. The Flamingo vehicular bridge will be located on E. Flamingo Road crossing Koval Lane. The Audrie vehicular bridge will be located on Audrie Street crossing E. Harmon Ave. The Top Golf vehicular bridge will also cross E Harmon Ave.

What is the timeline for the temporary bridges being installed?

The Topgolf vehicular bridge will be installed Sept. 19 - 21 and Oct. 26-Nov. 3. The Audrie vehicular bridge will be installed Sept. 22 – Oct. 5. The Flamingo vehicular bridge will be installed Oct. 15-25. How many vehicle lanes will the bridge on E. Flamingo Road accommodate?

The bridge will have a total of four lanes - two lanes eastbound and two lanes westbound.

Will these bridges be able to accommodate larger vehicles?

The temporary vehicular bridges are highway-rated and can accommodate a variety of vehicles, including fire engines and tractor trailers, buses and ambulances.

Can the public use the vehicular bridges?

Once the vehicular bridges are installed, the public will be able to use the Flamingo and Audrie vehicular bridges. No public access will be available to the Topgolf vehicular bridge before, during or after the event.

Access to the Flamingo and Audrie vehicular bridges will be limited while the track is “hot” during the event days. During hot track hours, access will be available to a mixture of authorized vehicles and resort guests with the proper credentials. Note, there will be multiple checkpoints leading to the bridges.

How will road closures affect public transportation?

The RTC will have various closures and detour routes in the area. We will work closely to make sure that the public is notified of all closures and detours well in advance so riders can plan accordingly. As soon as this information is finalized, we will be sure to share.

Will new pedestrian bridges be constructed?

Three temporary pedestrian bridges will be installed across the circuit. One will be located adjacent to the Flamingo Road vehicular bridge, one in the Sphere Zone and one crossing on Rochelle Avenue to/from the Koval Zone to the East Harmon Zone. The Sphere Zone and Rochelle Avenue Bridge will be for ticketed guests only.

Will existing pedestrian bridges be accessible during the race?

Yes, existing pedestrian bridges will be accessible during the race. The existing bridges will be enclosed to ensure safety of pedestrians and drivers on the track

What will the sidewalks around the track look like?

Most sidewalks along the circuit will still be open to the public during race weekend. There will be specific locations where pedestrian access will be re-routed due to safety.

Will you be able to watch the race from the sidewalk?

Sidewalks along Las Vegas Boulevard will still be open to the public during race weekend; however, they will not have views of the track/race from the public walkways.

Will there be maps situated along the pathways?

There will be QR codes that connect to the Las Vegas Grand Prix App, which will feature detailed maps and provide guests with directions to their designated fan zone. Guests will be able to create customized routes specific to their current location, end destination and real time road openings and closures. Additional details about the app will be shared later this month.

Will there be security along the pathways helping guide foot traffic?

Yes, sidewalks will be monitored by Las Vegas Grand Prix security, ambassadors, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to limit crowds and maintain a consistent flow of traffic. Las Vegas Grand Prix wayfinding personnel will be around the circuit to assist with directions as well as pre- and post-race ushering.

BAG POLICY

What is the bag policy of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023?

Clear plastic bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
Small bags or fanny packs that do not exceed "4.5” x 6.5”
Diaper bags are permitted and subject to search

What will I not be allowed to bring to the event?

Prohibited items include: Animals (except for service animals), strollers, collapsible or non-collapsible chairs or stools, non-clear bags, professional film, photo or audio equipment, flags, banners, signs or promotional materials, and noisemakers, bells, whistles, megaphones, airhorns and vuvuzelas. Any item that in the opinion of the promoter has the potential to cause injury to a person(s) or cause a public nuisance will be confiscated.

SMOKING POLICY

What is the smoking policy of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023?

Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes or vapes) is strictly prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed spaces as well as any designated viewing areas, including but not limited to General Admission, Grandstands, Hospitality Structures, Private Suites, Paddock and Paddock Club™. Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized smoking areas across the circuit. A map of designated smoking areas will be shared in the coming weeks.

PET & SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY

What is the pet & service animal policy of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023?

Pets are not permitted at the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX. Service animals for fans with disabilities are welcome in all areas of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit generally where ticketed guests are permitted. Service animals must remain with their owner and maintained on a leash or other restraint at all times, unless performing a necessary task for their disabled handlers. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and for any damage or injury caused by their service animals.
