The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX will take place November 20-22, 2025. Select ticket packages may have additional dates.

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025 will be held on and around the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The start line will be located at the site of the Grand Prix Plaza, located on the corner of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.

The Las Vegas Strip Circuit™ is a street circuit and the track is located on S. Las Vegas Boulevard as well as Harmon Avenue, Koval Lane and Sands Avenue.

The start line will be located at the site of Grand Prix Plaza located on the corner of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.

The circuit length is 3.8 miles (6.2 kilometers).

Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes or vapes) is strictly prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed spaces as well as any designated viewing areas, including but not limited to General Admission, Grandstands, Hospitality Structures, Private Suites, Paddock and Paddock Club™. Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized smoking areas across the circuit.

Fans can secure the year’s lowest prices for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025 on the event website when public sales open Wednesday, April 9 at noon PDT.

Nevada residents will receive 24-hour priority access to be the first to purchase single-day Flamingo General Admission tickets, plus three-day ticket packages, beginning Tuesday, April 8 at 10 a.m. PDT. To access, local fans must purchase tickets via Ticketmaster using a credit or debit card linked to a Nevada billing address.

Children are permitted to attend. Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025, provided that they are seated on a parent or guardian’s lap, and do not interfere with the sight lines of others.

Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.

Payment Plans are managed through Account Manager. Please download the official F1 Las Vegas app and log into Account Manager to manage your payment plan. The card on file will be charged automatically on the 15^th of each month beginning the month following your initial payment.

Additional payments may be made through Account Manager and will lower your monthly payment divided evenly by the amount applied . Please download the official F1 Las Vegas app and log into Account Manager to process additional payments.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted forms of payment.

In the event of a cancellation of your tickets, including as a result of default and/or promoter is unable to contact you, then (1) you will receive a credit on file with promoter for the amount you have paid as of the date of default or cancellation (the “credit”) and (2) you will not receive any refund. The credit may only be used towards the purchase of tickets to the next iteration of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (the “next race”), but in no event shall the credit be refunded. The deadline to use any credit is the earlier of (i) the date the next race is sold out; or (ii) the last day to purchase tickets from promoter for the next race. Any credit not used prior to such deadline is forfeited to promoter and will not be refunded.

Tickets will be available to manage in the fall and only after full payment is collected. You will not receive your tickets until the total amount due pursuant to the Payment Plan has been collected by Promoter.  At that time, please download the official F1 Las Vegas app and log into Account Manager. You will then be able to manage your event tickets with direct Ticketmaster integration.

The grace period is 10 days.  Please refer to Payment Plan Agreement for additional information.

All ticket selection and sales are final.

The Caesars Palace Viewing Experience, Bellagio Fountain Club, HGV Clubhouse and single day tickets are excluded from payment plan eligibility.

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX will be an inclusive and accessible event, and we are committed to providing access to the event facilities, amenities, and activities. The venues are designed to be navigable for individuals with mobility-related disabilities. The majority of the event takes place on paved surfaces, and there are interconnected accessible routes throughout the venues, connecting entrances/exits, Accessible Viewing Areas and accessible seats, restrooms, food & beverage vendors, and all other activity areas. For an easy way to purchase a wheelchair accessible seat (and companion seats) for the Grand Prix please press the “Disabled Access” Button of the FORMULA 1 tickets website.

​​​​​We encourage patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize their personal means of transportability, such as wheelchairs and scooters. Additionally, attendees are permitted to bring crutches, walkers, and canes into the event. The event will also offer mobility assistance for guests to/from entrances and seating areas.

If you require recharging for your motorized mobility device, you can do so at an Accessibility Services Hub. Please remember to bring all the necessary cords and accessories for charging. It’s important to note that chargers must be compatible with 110-volt, 20-amp circuits.

Service animals are allowed at all areas open to the public in the venue. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted. Animals whose purpose is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship are not considered service animals and will not be granted access to the venue. Only individually trained service animals under the control of their handlers are permitted. 

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX will have captions available for guests with auditory disabilities. American Sign Language will also be provided for select programming on the stages located at T-Mobile Zone at Sphere and East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX will make reasonable modifications to event policies, practices, or procedures, and provide auxiliary aids and services to ensure individuals with disabilities can equally enjoy the event’s offerings. We strongly encourage you to submit any such requests well in advance at [email protected] to facilitate our assessment and fulfillment of the request.

• First Aid: We have several First Aid locations throughout the venue, noted on the event map and mobile app. Professional medical staff can provide assistance to your medical needs at these locations.
   
• Special Dietary Needs: The event will have food vendors that can provide various options for special dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, etc.). For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
   
• Prescription Medications: All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Your medications must be cleared by the medical team at the event entrance.
   
• Other Services: If you require assistance on account of pregnancy, nursing, or breast milk pumping or if you would like to request large format print/braille literature, guided tours for guests with visual disabilities, assistive listening devices, or any other accommodation not listed, please reach out to us at [email protected] at least 30 days prior to the event.

Tote or backpack: Does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”  and must be transparent
Small handbags or fanny packs: Does not exceed 6” x 9” and does not have to be transparent
Diaper bags: permitted when accompanied by an infant and subject to search 

The following items are not permitted at the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX:

• No bags that violate Promoter’s Bag Policy
• No outside food or beverage of any kind
• No bottles, cans, glass or metal vessels (including empty/refillable bottles)
• No hydration packs of any kind
• No alcoholic beverages
• No illegal substances, drugs of any kind (including marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and powdered alcohol) or paraphernalia
• No weapons, dangerous or hazardous items of any kind including knives, bladed items, firearms, ammunition, or personal protection sprays
• No fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, or flares
• No lasers or laser pointers
• No projectiles
• No drones or remote-controlled or other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles
• No phone jammers, radio scanners or two-way radios
• No musical instruments or sound devices including bells, whistles, noise makers or megaphones
• No laptops or tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
• No professional film, photo, sound or other audio/video recording equipment (other than personal cell phones). Professional cameras are any cameras with a detachable lens which includes DSLRs.
• No camera accessories- selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, go-pro mounts or attachments.
• No bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards, scooters, segways, stroller or hoverboards
• No carts or wagons
• No flag sticks or poles over 3ft in length
• No unapproved advertising or promotional materials such as flyers, folders, banners, samples or stickers
• No umbrellas, canopies, tents or parasols
• No ladders, stepladders, scaffolding or platforms
• No foam, hard-sided or soft-sided coolers or ice chests
• No hard case containers (e.g., briefcases)
• No inflatable objects (e.g., beach balls, balloons, “clappers”)
• No collapsible or non-collapsible chairs or stools
• No aerosols, combustible materials or liquids or other chemicals
• No magic markers/sharpies
• No items restricted by local, state or federal law
• No animals except for registered service animals
• No seat cushions
• No flags, banners, clothing, accessories bearing offensive/derogatory slogans or messages
• No clothing, headgear or accessories that conceal a guest’s entire head or face, including full face paint and costumes/helmets with face masks (medical face masks covering the nose and mouth used to protect from the transmission of disease, such as COVID-19, are permitted)
• Any items that could in the opinion of the Promoter be used to sabotage or damage property or interfere with the event/race or the audio/visual broadcast or recording of the event or any technology-related services provided by Promoter at the event
• Any item that in the opinion of the Promoter has the potential to cause injury to a person, or cause a public nuisance, or violate Promoter’s fan Code of Conduct or other polices (e.g., Promoter’s bag policy) published elsewhere on Promoter’s website
• Any other item deemed dangerous by Promoter

Promoter reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by-case basis. Promoter is not able to hold items for guests and there are no check-in areas or lockers available at the event site. Prohibited items discovered during security inspections prior to entry must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle, residence or hotel room or discarded. Unlawful items discovered during security inspections are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of those items is subject to arrest. Any prohibited items discovered inside the event ground are subject to confiscation. Items that are confiscated by Promoter will not be returned. Promoter reserves the right to alter this list before and/or during the event.
