FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions are applicable to your deposit on a purchase of tickets to attend a Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Event (the “Deposit Terms”) Ticket deposit is applicable only to the ticket order selected. Rights to tickets are not guaranteed. Ticket deposits are non-refundable. Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. (the “Promoter”) reserves the right to refuse to accept or cancel any deposit in its sole and absolute discretion (and no refunds will be provided for cancelled deposits). Ticket fulfillment will be processed, after any exclusive presales, in chronological order based on the date, time of deposit placement and type and number of ticket(s) selected. If the ticket order selected is available, upon fulfilling your order, your deposit will be applied to the total cost of your purchase. All ticket purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions (available on the Promoter’s website). If your order selection is available but you elect not to purchase, you will be removed from the waitlist and your deposit remains non-refundable and will be forfeited.
By submitting this ticket deposit order, you represent that you have the authority to authorize these charges to your credit card and waive all right to dispute the same. The Promoter reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any payment declined, returned or denied. If any amount payable to the Promoter is not paid when due, such amount will bear interest until paid at a rate equal to the lesser of (i) 1.5% per month and (ii) the maximum rate permitted by law, and the Promoter shall have the right to withhold any or all of the benefits granted pursuant to these Deposit Terms during the period in which such amounts remain unpaid. If cleared funds are not timely received within 48 hours of any scheduled payment date, the Promoter may cancel your order, your deposit will be forfeited and the Promoter may resell the tickets with no further obligation to you.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, supplement, amend or otherwise modify Deposit Terms, or impose new conditions, at any time and it is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. The Promoter will endeavor to provide notice to you of such modifications, to be communicated through one or several methods as determined and selected solely by the Promoter. Methods the Promoter may employ by way of example only are (i) posting on this or another page of the Event’s website and/or (ii) emailing to any email address that you provided to the Promoter. Changes to the Deposit Terms shall be deemed effective as of their stated effective or modification date.
Any dispute between the Promoter and Client concerning these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Ticket Terms (including specifically but without limitation, the arbitration consent, class-action waiver, choice of law and venue provisions).
